The care and considerations from staff are very comforting. Knowing my loved one is well taken care of. Thank you to the wonderful staff
Jennifer the Director of Case Management was very helpful and a joy to work with when working out a discharge plan for one if their patients. I hope to have an opportunity to work with Allegiant staff again in the future. Dr. Nasser was also very accessible and willing to meet with me regarding his patient. Overall it was a pleasant experience.
This is a very nice facility. The receptionist was friendly and helped us find the room we needed. Our friend we were visiting took us to a quiet living room area where we were able to converse without disturbing others. When we left the receptionist thanked us for visiting. All of the personnel we encountered were professional, efficient and courteous.
It's like most nursing homes/rehab facilities, some areas mell like urine and or poop.
2 weeks in and everything seems to be working out just fine. Trache and mobile. Physical therapy is very good. Super clean establishment.
My mom Brenda lived here for over 3 yrs before she unexpectedly left us in February. The people here were nothing short of amazing to her. Did my mom love it there no, because she wanted to live in her own home with all of her own things around her. Her only complaint she had was the food. She loved every single person there and I know they all loved her too. They told her everyday they did and they told me as well. I could go there any time of the day or night and see her and see that she was being taken care of as well as others. I miss seeing the workers and I miss my mom horribly. I do have some unanswered questions regarding the day she was found. I know the answers would not change the outcome as to why she passed away as no one could have saved her. But if this is read by Springdale Village I would like someone to call me regarding that day. If I could make one recommendation is that they hire more CNA's. Thank you Springdale for loving my mom and taking such great care of her. Also thank you for the flowers you sent for her service.
My father had a heart attack and had many other health issues after his time in Banner Heart Hospital. We was then transferred to a LTAC (Long Term Acute Care Facility) were is was for over a month. He had not bed out of bed for over 45 days and could not even sit up without support. Within 24 hours the staff at Springdale had meetings with the family and my dad and gave a a plan of action to what their goals were and what our goals were. They worked with us each week to measure the progress and what the next step in his therapy would be. He never had a issue with staff all the way from management down. Every question we asked was answered promptly and dad and the family was treated with kindness and caring attitude. Also he received physical and occupational therapy and went home at the end of 28 days fully self functional and able to take care of his self. Our family experience at Springdale was outstanding, and I would recommend Springdale to anyone that needs a outstanding in house rehab for their loved ones.
I was a patient at Springdale Village for two weeks following hip surgery. I had a lovely private room overlooking the courtyard. Out of the numerous people caring for me, there was only one with a bad attitude. Everyone else was helpful, compassionate, and competent. I never had to wait long for a response to my call.Several of the staff went above and beyond their duties to improve my rehab life. The food was good and I was given a choice of entrees for each meal. The meals were well balanced, Although I would have liked more fresh fruit, fruit juice was always available .If there were a way to serve hotter meals, that would be good. The rehab room was a high energy place with positive vibes. Directions were given along with encouragement. The thing that impressed me most about Springdale Village was the upbeat attitude and helpfulness of the staff. If I ever need such a facility again, I will ask for Springdale Village.
